101!

Costumes made my Mama

101, Na... just 3 all though many days it feels like many more. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays or maybe it's just my favorite because it's the kick-off to the crazy holiday season. But, really it is one of Our Favorites and I am thankful for a husband who loves to participate as much as me. I am going to enjoy these young years when my kids will let me dress them and we can be a theme, I am sure that will come to a end someday but, fingers crossed they will also have our enthusiasm for Halloween and will love doing a theme with their old Mom and Dad.

I originally had planned a Halloween party for the kids and it is something that we want to make annual here at our place. But, last week the kids had temps and then they developed a rash after the temp. So, I was super bummed but I had to cancel the party. Next year I guess.

We didn't even carve pumpkins. I know, Sad! But the kiddos haven't slept well for over a week. They are fussy and irritable but at the same time, they are their crazy selves.

We dressed up tonight, pulled it off. Went to the mall. Came home had Mummy hot dogs, and worms in dirt, and pumpkin oranges, oh and plenty of candy. We have confirmed that Zoe does not get sugar before bed, she is up cleaning right now at 9:30. We have always suspected that she can't handle sugar but now we are sure of it.

I figured I would get this quick little post up so those of you that follow can see some somewhat cute photos. I continue to set my expectations low. We could of done a family photo at the mall for free but Andy the grinch wouldn't wait in line. So, now we have my mom-sets-the-timer-and-runs-in-the-photo-photos.
